“Dress your little friend fashionably!”

1. ORGANIZER OF THE DRAWING COMPETITION:
The organizer of the drawing competition is Pihepets Kft. (registered office: 1089 Budapest, Orczy út 12., company registration number: 01-09-387984, tax number: 25481819-2-42), the owner of the Brizlo brand.

2. CONDITIONS FOR PERSONAL PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAWING COMPETITION: 
A person living in Hungary with a Hungarian residence may participate in the competition, provided they fully comply with all the conditions set out in these Rules, and there is no ground for their exclusion from the Competition under any of the conditions.

Only kindergarten and primary school children may participate in the competition according to the age classifications specified in the categories.

Age groups: 

1. Kindergarten children: age group 4-6 years
2. Primary school lower grade I.: age group 7-9 years
3. Primary school lower grade II.: age group 10-12 years

One condition of the competition is that the child and/or the immediate family must own a puppy/small dog.

3. MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DRAWING COMPETITION
To participate in the competition, the parent/guardian/legal representative must have a valid e-mail address. One child may participate with only one drawing.

By submitting the drawing, the parent/guardian/legal representative indicates their intention to participate in the drawing competition and thereby takes part in the competition.

The drawing may be made using the following techniques: pencil, felt-tip pen, paint, wax crayon, pen, watercolor, mixed techniques, etc., except for drawings created in electronic form. The drawing must be at least A5 size.

The Organizer does not provide drawing materials for the competition.

There is no entry fee to participate in the Drawing Competition.

4. METHOD OF ENTERING THE DRAWING COMPETITION
Primarily on the https://brizlo.eu/pages/brizlo-rajzverseny page, by filling out the form.

Or, from the e-mail address of the applicant’s parent/guardian/legal representative to info@brizlo.eu the following must be sent:

• a photo or scanned PDF of the child’s drawing
• the parent/guardian’s full name and e-mail address
• telephone contact information
• the name of the child of the legal representative
• the child’s date of birth
• the named child’s age group, according to the competition classification
• the child’s kindergarten group
• the pet’s name
• parental consent statement

The drawing must include the child’s given name and the pet’s name. Joining the Competition is possible throughout the duration of the contest.

During the prize game period, a maximum of one drawing per child may be entered into the competition.

5. COMPETITION DURATION
Start: 25 April 2025.
End of application period: 25 May 2025.
Voting deadline: midnight on 31 May 2025.
Announcement of results: 2 June 2025.

6. THE THEME AND DEFINITION OF THE DRAWING COMPETITION
Pihepets Kft. announces a drawing competition for kindergarten and primary school children living in Hungary with Hungarian residence or place of stay, entitled “Draw your dog wearing dog clothes.”

Only hand-made, drawn or painted entries may be submitted to the drawing competition. The Organizer automatically excludes electronic drawings.

By submitting their Entry, the Entrant warrants that the Entry submitted by them is their own creation and does not infringe the copyright, exploitation or other rights of others. The drawing must not in any case contain illegal content, content endangering minors, morally divisive material, content that infringes the interests of third parties, or depictions of such.

If the Rules of the Drawing Competition do not regulate any question related to the Competition, the relevant provisions of the applicable Hungarian laws shall apply to that question. 

7. DETERMINATION OF THE DRAWING COMPETITION PROCEDURE
The submitted drawings will be published by the Organizer on its own Facebook page (facebook.hu/brizlo) in a separate folder, provided the entry complies with the Game Rules.

Please note that the child’s given name will be displayed on the page, which is public. Votes for the images in the Organizer’s folder can be cast via Facebook reactions (like, heart, care). Please note that negative Facebook reactions (laugh, angry, sad) will be subtracted from the total reaction count.

Only reactions on the images in the Organizer’s folder will be counted; reactions achieved on re-shared posts, on private or public profiles, or in groups do NOT count.

The creators of the three drawings with the most reactions will receive material prizes. In addition, the Organizer will select one special prize winner.

8. PRIZE

1. In each category, the creators of the images with the most reactions are entitled to select one piece of dog clothing from the www.brizlo.eu page. 

2. Every winner will receive a unique, crocheted dog made based on their own pet’s photograph. (The dog’s breed affects the crochet, as certain dog breeds cannot technically be crocheted).

3. An official photo of each winner and their dog will be taken in a studio by photographer Németh Bettina (https://nemethbettifoto.hu/) and, following retouching, these will be made available to the winners in digital format. This can be arranged in advance individually with the photographer.

In addition, the Organizer will announce one special prize winner per category, who will be entitled to the same prizes.

• Kindergarten children: age group 4-6 years
• Primary school lower grade I.: age group 7-9 years
• Primary school lower grade II.: age group 10-12 years  

9. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The Organizer will contact the winners by e-mail. The winning child’s parent or guardian is obliged to provide the personal data necessary for delivery, and the name and size of the selected dog garment. To select the size, the www.brizlo.eu measurement guide available on the site serves as assistance. In addition, please attach a photo of your pet, because alongside the garment a hand-made, crocheted dog will also be given as a gift, which will be produced individually based on the photo.

For home delivery, UPS parcel service or Magyar Posta Zrt. may be chosen as options. It is possible to request delivery to a Foxpost or Packeta parcel point; in this case, please provide the location of the locker.

The winner is not entitled to receive the prize if:

• they do not respond to the notification within 3 working days or for any reason cannot be contacted;
• it can be clearly proven that the entry was not created by them;
• the entry violates the law or infringes someone else’s rights or legitimate interests;
• they violate any point of these participation rules;

In the event that any winner does not report within 3 working days, the prize will automatically pass to the alternate winner. 

10. ORGANIZERS’ LIABILITY
The Organizers are responsible in particular for the performance of the following tasks:

• Database management
• Notification of winners
• Communication with entrants
• Verification of winners’ data and checking eligibility for the prize
• Provision of online customer service related to the drawing competition 

11. EXCLUSION
The Organizer will automatically exclude Entrants who provide untrue data from the Drawing Competition.

No persons are eligible to participate in the Drawing Competition, either directly or indirectly, who are the Organizer, the Data Processors, or organizations, agencies, their owners, executive officers, employees, or persons in other work-related legal relationships involved in organizing or conducting the Drawing Competition, and the relatives of all such persons as defined in Ptk. 8:1. § (1) point 2.

Any applicant who does not submit their own original work, or who submits their entry in electronic form, will be excluded from the Competition. 

12. FURTHER PROVISIONS
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies/errors/incorrectnesses in the entry data attributable to the Entrant (e.g. name spelling, address error, incorrect or untrue data, etc.).

The Organizer assumes no quality liability for the prizes; the winning Entrant may assert such claims within the legal framework against the manufacturer or distributor of the prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Drawing Competition Rules during the Competition (following prior notice at least 24 hours before the change).

This Drawing Competition Rules shall be interpreted and applied together with the Data Protection Policy related to the Competition.

The Organizer records that they are not in a position to accept advertising related to the prizes.

By participating, the Entrant accepts that the Organizers may present the prize in a public program, and may publish or present the winner’s name and, where applicable, their photo and other media content made in connection with the prize. 

These Drawing Competition Rules are governed by Hungarian law, and any disputes arising in connection with participation in the Competition fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts. The Organizers reserve the right to amend the Competition Rules at any time if justified, with appropriate notification to participants.
