In many parts of the country you can find near-nature routes where not only farmers can switch off, but dogs can move freely, discover new smells and get comfortable.
However, the trip with a dog also requires a little extra preparation. It is worth looking into the difficulty of the route, the possibility of taking water, and how dog-friendly the area is. The following places can be particularly good choices if you want to have a calmer, more natural experience.
Sakaja Valley – a quiet tour in a romantic environment
One of the less known but particularly cozy parts of the Bakony is the Sakaya Valley. This place can be ideal for those who want to avoid more crowded tourist routes and go on a peaceful trip to the forest.
In the valley there are streams, shadowy paths and varied forest sections that can be particularly pleasant for dogs in summer heat. The natural landscape gives them many new stimuli, while the quiet environment is relaxing for farmers.
